Nicola Stagetti

Nicola stagetti finished his art studies in Pietrasanta in 1985 and for the following 4 years he improved his knowledge thanks to an apprenticeship at his father's workshop. In 1991 he entered upon the society "STAGETTI & COSCI" and in 1996 he transformed the firm with the name of "MARBLE STUDIO STAGETTI".

He soon started a collaboration with Architect Marco Pozzoli, developing and realizing various projects such as Municipality of S.Benedetto del Tronto, Villa Beatrice in Florence, Villa Padronale in Sassuolo, "Ceramiche Atlas Concorde" Park in Modena, a big recovery enviromental for "Fiumara" project in Genova and Hotel S.Biagio in Genova.
In 2002 he realized the ornamental fountain for Cummer Museum, in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. The Marble Studio Stagetti has always been collaborating and working with several important contemporary artists:

  • Choi Yoon Sook (exhibitions in Pietrasanta, Carrara, Belgium, China, South Korea )
  • Carla Tolomeo ( exhibitions in Forte dei Marmi, Bologna, China, South Korea )
  • Jane Valentine

The studio is also specialized in commission works such as sacred, classical and architectural sculptures and decorations.
